Road), and more particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a stake in the road, leading from John Jewell's place to Dayton, it being a corner of the William Kelly and on Dodds line running thence South 74 degrees East passing John Jewell's corner at about 44 1/2 poles in all 53 4/5 poles to a stake in the center of said road, thence South 63 degrees East 14 1/2 poles to a stake in the center of said road, thence South 58 degrees East 8 1/5 poles to two (2) hickories with a black jack pointer, it being a corner of John Jewell's four (4) acre tract, thence 59 1/2 degrees East with John Jewell's marked line 4 poles to a stake in said line with a spanish oak black jack hickory pointer, thence North 25 1/4 degrees East 58 3/4 poles to a stake, thence North 64 3/4 degrees West 55 1/2 more or less to a stake in Kelly line, thence with said Kelly line South 45 1/2 degrees West 70 poles, more or less to the place of BEGINNING, containing by estimation 25 acres.
