NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE AND SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of payments, pursuant to a certain Deed of Trust executed by BRENT KEYLON (a/k/a BRENT D. KEYLON) and wife, WANDA J. KEYLON to RALPH BECK, Trustee, dated March 25, 2010 and being of record in Book 486, Page 78, in the Registers Office of Rhea County, Tennessee ("Deed of Trust"); which conveyed certain real property, appurtenances, estate, title and interest therein, which indebtedness is now due and unpaid and has been declared in default by the lawful owner thereof, Community National Bank ("Owner/Holder"). WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of payments, pursuant to a certain Deed of Trust executed by BRENT D. KEYLON and wife, WANDA J. KEYLON to WILLIAM G. MCPHEETERS, Trustee, dated February 21, 2008 and being of record in Book 454, Page 728, in the Registers Office of Rhea County, Tennessee ("Deed of Trust"); which conveyed certain real property, appurtenances, estate, title and interest therein, which indebtedness is now due and unpaid and has been declared in default by the lawful owner thereof, Community National Bank ("Owner/Holder"). WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of payments, pursuant to a certain Deed of Trust executed by BRENT D. KEYLON and WANDA J. KEYLON to RALPH BECK, Trustee, dated August 6, 2012 and being of record in Book 515, Page 602, in the Registers Office of Rhea County, Tennessee ("Deed of Trust"); which conveyed certain real property, appurtenances, estate, title and interest therein, which indebtedness is now due and unpaid and has been declared in default by the lawful owner thereof, Community National Bank ("Owner/Holder"). WHEREAS, appointment of Substitute Trustee having been duly executed by the holder of the note and beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, and appointing REBECCA L.
