TUCKER, P.C., Trustee, of record in BOOK T420, PAGE 647, for the benefit of AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, in the Register's Office for RHEA County, Tennessee and to J. PHILLIP JONES AND/OR JESSICA D.
