and whereabouts of the Respondents, The Unkown Father, are unknown and that his/her whereabouts cannot be ascertained by the
Petitioners, after due and diligent search and inquiry; it is, therefore,
ORDERED that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks,
as required by law, in The Herald News, a newspaper of general
circulation published in Rhea County, Tennessee, notifying the Respondents, The Unknown Father, to file an answer with Petitioner’s
attorney, Rebecca L. Hicks, whose address is 1374 Railroad Street,
Suite 100, Dayton, Tennessee, 37321, within thirty (30) days from
the last date of publication, exclusive of said last date of publication,
or a judgment by default may be entered and the case set for hearing ex parte as to said Respondent, The Unknown Father, in the
Chancery Court of Rhea County in Dayton, TN.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this notice be published for four
(4) consecutive weeks in The Herald News on the following dates:
