Wanda Ruth Marler, 84, of Graysville, passed away on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021 at Rhea Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and of the Methodist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ethel Lee Miller Roddy; husband, Billy W. Marler; three sisters, Bertha Elkins, Retha Griffeth and Tonita Lindsay; six brothers, Crawford Roddy, Marion Roddy, Leland Roddy, Frazier Roddy and Billy Gene Roddy; and son-in-law, Mike Queen.

Wanda is survived by her children, Billie Queen of McCaysville, Ga., William (Debra) Marler of Evensville, and Teresa (Freddie) Rose of Graysville; grandchildren, Kimberly Caraway, Bradley Skiles, Chris Smith and Jenna Saxon; great-grandchildren, Michaela Caraway, Kaden Caraway, Kameron Skiles and Claire Saxon; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at Pleasant View Cemetery in Graysville.
