Marvin Frank Allen Webb, 85, of Evensville, passed away Monday, Sept. 13, 2021, at his home in Evensville. He was born on Feb. 23, 1936, in Rhea County, the son of the late Fred Webb and Faye Sneed Webb. Marvin was also preceded in death by his grandson, Tyler Webb; brother, Dennis Webb; infant brother, Edward Webb; and sisters, Dorothy Haun and Bess Bordeau.
Marvin lived in Rhea County all of his life. He was a Rhea Central High School graduate, Class of 1954, and served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Marvin was a semi-truck driver for Suburban Manufacturing for over 30 year. He enjoyed farming tomatoes, raising cattle and was a member of Dayton Church of God.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Hamby Webb of Evensville; children, Marvin “Tony” (Debbie) Webb of Nashville, Tenn., Lori (Don) Robinson of Cleveland, Tenn., Mike (Kathy) Webb of Evensville and A.J. Webb of Evensville; four grandchildren, Amber (Keith) Wilson, Brad Webb, Paige (Matthew) Duggan and Greg Woody; and six great-grandchildren, Braxton Webb, Izik Webb, Emri Duggan, Kash Wilson, Gavin Woody and Arien Tuggle.
Funeral services for Marvin will be held Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021, at 12:00 noon in the Vanderwall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Page and Rev. Rick Bishop officiating. He will be laid to rest in Rhea Memory Gardens.
