Johnathon Micheal Arrowood, 31, of Knoxville, Tenn., and formerly of Tellico Plains, Tenn., passed away Thursday, May 14, 2020, at his home. He was born May 20, 1988. He was a graduate of Tellico Plains High School and was a devoted single father. His boys were his whole world.
He was preceded in death by his father, John J. Arrowood; grandparents, Jewell Gentry, Inez Arrowood, J.W. Arrowood, and Larry Lynn.
Survivors include his eight-year-old son Gage Wrylain Arrowood and three-year-old son Cannon Jefferson Arrowood; mother and stepfather, Angie and James Lynn; sisters, Lacey Danielle Lynn, Megan (Jacob) Akins and husband; brothers, Tyler Arrowood, Kelvin Arrowood, Wesley Arrowood, Jefferey Arrowood, Tanner Lynn; special nephew, Lane Arrowood; grandmother, Linda Lynn; special family friend, Taylor Henderson; and lots of special aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, in the chapel of Biereley-Hale Funeral Home in Madisonville, Tenn., with Rev. Steve Strickland officiating. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Hopewell Springs Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Bobby Underwood, Tim Henderson, James Lynn, Tanner Lynn, Hagen Ray and David Matheson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at the funeral home.
